The Bergen-based band Dumbo Casino came into being at the end of 2019, and started as a playroom where songs and musical ideas were created together through improvisation. 

In May 2022, Dumbo Casino went into studio with Njål Paulsberg to record their debut album Dumbo Casino | The Record. With a myriad of musical references, the music is energetic and positive, drawing a lot of inspiration from 60s pop music, jazz harmonica, soul, funk and almost anything else. The record also features some fine guests from the jazz scene in Bergen and Oslo.

Dumbo Casino | The Record will be released in May 2023.
